So, I am outgoing to a point but I have learned to temper my natural exuberance because it scares people. In some situations I can give my talents full reign... in others, I must repress my natural instincts.

In a situation where no one knows each other, i will usually be the one to start a conversation. i tend to be more outgoing with people i don't know. my one downfall is talking to guys that i am interested in. I mean i can have a normal conversation and what not but i almost NEVER take the first step to hint the going out or doing something together, hopefully that'll change some time or another.

If understand Isla correctly, I'm kind of like her. I can very (VERY), um, "active" ^_^ among friends and sometimes the general public. I don't like social events (any party had better have a switch present! ), but I have a hell of time cutting loose at lunch during school. How's that?

If I don't have anything to say to someone, then I don't say anything. I hate small talk with complete strangers and never initiate any conversations. It's not that I'm shy, I just that I don't have anything relevent to say therefore I don't say anything at all.

Now visgf on the other hand, she can manage to find out a complete strangers life story in a matter of minutes.
