I am 6'0" (really 5'11.75" but I like to round up for my ego), 195 lbs. I preferably would like to be 178 lbs, but I am quite healthy and I eat decently well. Mainly I eat too much, but I am a very active person so it balances out.
I used to bench 225 lbs, when I lifted weights, but I stopped and now I run, cycle, and swim. Don't have a six pack though, more like a mini-keg, unless I flex.

Last year before cycling season, I was 186 lbs, but my mother thought I was too skinny, so she made me eat a lot of pasta for "carb" loading for training. I am such a wuss.

But if I could get back down to 186 I would be very happy. I was cycling 40 miles a day at least though.

Can't do that now.
