Hope you're being careful on the roads, car drivers seem to have a lot of hostility towards people on bicycles

San Diego is blessed with dedicated bike lanes on most roads and a large cycling community. You can see hundreds of cyclists riding up and down the coast every weekend...I'm usually one of them. :D

I am careful though and I do obey all traffic signals and stop signs.

I am average weight for my height. I have gained a little weight in the last couple weeks because I haven't played hockey.

I'm pretty normal. 6', 172lbs. Was 195lbs. but started eating less and lost 23lbs. Portion control FTW! Now just hoping to put on some muscle for the beach this summer.

I'm slightly overweight for my "average" weight ... but thats because I work out and have mroe muscle than the "average" person.

I'm very far from fat though :). probably 11 - 12% BF right now cause I'm not on a lean cycle yet.

Based on what? The BMI scale? If so, then I'd be considered overweight for my height because they don't account for athletic builds....and people that are hung like Chuck Norris.

I am 6'0" (really 5'11.75" but I like to round up for my ego), 195 lbs. I preferably would like to be 178 lbs, but I am quite healthy and I eat decently well. Mainly I eat too much, but I am a very active person so it balances out.

I used to bench 225 lbs, when I lifted weights, but I stopped and now I run, cycle, and swim. Don't have a six pack though, more like a mini-keg, unless I flex.

**EDIT**
Last year before cycling season, I was 186 lbs, but my mother thought I was too skinny, so she made me eat a lot of pasta for "carb" loading for training. I am such a wuss. ;) But if I could get back down to 186 I would be very happy. I was cycling 40 miles a day at least though. :( Can't do that now.

I'm at 6"4' and ~193lbs (BF% of 17%), so I could stand to lose a few pounds. And I will, as soon as the weather permits some decent biking :)

I figure 180-185 is where I should be at.
