I am near sighted. I expect the results to be very much so in the near sighted.

Near sighted= can only see things up close
far sighted = can only see things far away
perfect = I SEE IT ALL
 
It sucks getting old. I used to be a little near sighted, now it's a little worse and I need reading glasses too. 🙁
 
no option for near perfect? I guess if we're going with absolutes then I'd have to say near but I can make out stuff far away, it's just a tad blurry is all.
 
Near sided, astigmatism, and now I'm getting old so near focus is going. Bifocals are part of God's Plan* for my near future.

same here. i am like that. slight astigmatism in my right eye, but i can see stuff far away, just a a bit blurry.
 
OP should add poll for nearsighters concerning how long they spend infront of their computer and TV. We should settle this genetics vs. environmental factors arguement with a non-scientific poll once and for all...

I am nearsighted very bad.

WTF? Why not define what a poll is too?

I am near-sighted...starting to need a bit of reading correction according to the eye doc (I don't notice it as a problem...I run 1600x1200 resolution on a 19" and 21" screen...

With my masturbation history though it's a wonder I haven't gone blind already though.
 
I was told in high school that I had "Top Gun Vision". Basically, I had perfect vision AND could see distances better than most.

Now I have trouble with those extreme distances - I believe I am "just" 20/20. I am one of the few people I know who does not wear glasses or contacts.

Far but only a little. Basically I only notice it at night when I am driving. If I don't have my contacts in I am night blind as hell.
