well, I'm leaning on the possibility that it's an admin edit.
The guy has a personal title, the sig has the line saying he is two other people, and the photo is appearing in other posts so likely in the sig.
I think the guy might be permabanned already for being a [third?] account of another member.

It's the return of pepsi90919 and at least 15 other usernames since then.

He's like that bad rash that just won't go away. 😛
