I know the election result effects have not gotten better because that feeling of emptiness has gotten so much worse in so many posters here.

There is even a movie coming out on Friday that deals with this phenomenon.

LIAR!!! Its the Democrats that want to mandate everyone take mega doses of mood altering anti-depressants that turns us into zombies. The the only reason they want UHC is so they can slip in the mandate and if you don't take the pills you get sent to the death panels!

I often find it rather amusing. Take for example Republicans bashing Obama for running huge deficits, or when Democrats tell us we need to attack Iran because they have WMD's. It's downright hilarious if you let it be.

My wife and I have to listen to my mother-in-law preach the gospel that is Glenn Beck 24/7. I'm just sick of the whole thing that is politics and am trying my best to get away from them. I would rather be one of the wandering masses that don't know and don't care and let what happens happen.

problem is that you then leave all control to the total asshats.

They always seem to get all the control anyway ....... so what's your point?

The asshats that used to get control were a lot worse than the ones today. The only reason for this is because there is at least some accountability from the few reasonable people.
