Are you getting emails for subscribed topics?

I dont get them. Or perhaps they made it so you dont get them if you are still on the forums (like most other forums)?

All of my subscriptions are non-existant after the upgrade.

Well my old subscriptions are too, but even now I am subscribed to a topic and I dont get an email each time a person replies to it. My only thought was maybe they made it so you only get one email if you are not on here.
