ya i found the coupon a while ago as i was researching inserts. i have 3, one in each shoe. had a hard time finding them at first, in fact i went all around town until i found them at an albertsons.
anyways, im glad i got them and they help, but i dont think theyre a 'must have' or as wonderful as the commercials say they are (what a surprise). i dont even have them on top as it feels uncomfortable for me, especially when i cut one of them a wee too short and my toes curl over the edge. two of them are under the main sole. one for working out in reebok walking shoes for a little more shock absorption, one for everyday nikes, and one for my dress shoes which must lay on top.
i would suggest trying out those other non-gel models that are beefier in the heel/ball area. it seems they have different designs for different functions, like walking/sport/standing/etc. these gel soles are flat. they definitely cant replace the existing sole like i think one of you mentioned. theyre more of a supplement. hope this helps.
