Yeah, I'm fat, 6'0" 250lbs, I've gained about 30 lbs in the last 2-3 years 🙁 That's what happens when you get out of college and start working. My wife is 4'10" and tiny (she'd kill me if I listed her weight here), we make for a funny picture 🙂

<< I'm not FAT, I'm NTFS 😀

Damn I'm glad no one beat me to that!
>>

Wow...I'm not gonna touch that one 😀

I'm 5 feet 5 inches, and I'm 145 lbs, with some popeye-ass arms 🙂 Not fat at all, methinks...

I'm 5"10 and about 176lbs not fat at all. I Weight Lift 3x a week and train hard. I can put on 4.4lbs in about 4 weeks when I was training to gain body mass. Muscle and the day that I look down and I can't see my feet that is the day that I get really really pissed with myself!!!!

Only a little.

Once I get the new bike, I'll be getting fit again. I love riding. I've been unhappy since my old one really started to go to hell. (I'm not fixing it. It's too old and low-end.)

I think I'm just undertall. 5'6" 220lbs. You see, if I was 8 inches taller, that would be no problem. Bah.

I didn't exactly go on a diet this year yet, but I eliminated 90% of my eating out (like Taco Bell or Chinese takeout lunches). Unfortunately there is a well stocked candy bowl and snack area (free) at work. So ultimately I need to add the snack area to my eating out ban. I'm trying to work up to an actual diet.

I am 10lbs down from my peak fat, though.

6'3" and 200lbs. Not fat, and in the best shape of my life at 30. Biking and running are a lot of fun.

Not as strong as I used to be though, so I have begun to weight train more heavily.

For those rail thin people, I was 6'3" and 155lbs in high school. Started seriously weight training
my junior year in college and put on 35 lbs in just over a year. Lifting weights was the only way I
could gain weight.

Got weighed last week and had a body fat composition test. Hit 260 ouch! Havent been working out as much over the last several months. Ideally I should weigh 245-250. Oh 5'11"

Uh yeah! I'm 5' 9" 259 lbs (heavy build though) but I am losing weight slowly 🙂

Edit: I must add that some people like me are genetically designed to hold this kind of weight while others are not so lucky in that respect.. but then again they probably don't gain weight just by looking at food like I can 😛

Everyone who says they eat like a pig but still don't gain weight the fact is your not eating enough everyone has a calorie limit where they start gaining weight. Your probably expending more then you eat just find out your bmr and add 500 caloires to that and you have to gain weight.

<< 5'10" 140lbs

not fat. I'm actually trying to put on wieght... but nothing i do seems to work. I have been trying to get over 150 pounds for the past 3 years and cant do it.

some ppl have it sooo rough

Used to be quite chubby... I had a brief couple of months where I must have weight a good...205, 210 max. (I'm 6'1") I've been working out tri-weekly... (three times a week) for the last four months, I've currently dropped to between 190-195. Thank goodness for weight machines and water.
