and then you'd still be fat 😉

I'm 6'2" 80kg (176lb) and could definitely lose a bit around the middle. If I was ever heavier than I am now it would have to be muscle not fat.

I know a guy who androstenedione in high school and now has titties despite the fact that he's lean and muscular. He wears a t-shirt to go in a hot tub. It's pretty funny.

Were people cruel and whistled at him in the locked room?
I never asked him about it, but the guy never takes his freaking shirt off. I bet he even leaves it on when he's having sex.

Well, I used to be about 205 at this hieght, I felt better with a bit of meat on the bones. Now I just have too much meat on the bones.

5'10 & about 190lbs ... I could stand to lose 10lbs or so but I'm in decent shape & workout several times a week.

I used to weigh about 380lbs...I'm 6'1". When I turned 21 I finally started to do something about it and over the next 3 years I lost almost 200 lbs. All with diet and exercise. It was a horrible, painful, and grueling process...but it's paid off! I still weigh roughly 200lbs and I couldn't be happier!

i concur. 6'3" 250. few years ago i was 180 🙁

Um...definitely more than 25lbs.

I'm 6'5" and ring it at 200lbs...and that is with decent muscle definition. You either have enormous muscles under your fat...or you've got 50+ lbs to lose.

5 years ago I was 6' and a very squishy 205.

Now I'm a lean 160...but trying to add back on about 10 pounds of good weight. Can't seem to eat enough though. I'm at about 3000 calories a day...need to up it even more.

Yes, my ass no longer fits those expensive 30' jeans I blew money on. I always go from slim-ish during warm weather to pudgy in fall, then fat in winter. Maybe I'm sub-consciously going into hibernate mode since I wear a t-shirt all year round at home.

That's actually kinda sad.

No, I think I'm technically underweight for my height.
I can't put on weight unless I hit the weights hard, and I'm just not ready to do that.
