I was wondering how common it is, everyone I know swears I'm an outcast. I guess not though. I got 3 hours of sleep, 7am to 10am, went to work, came home and hung pictures and assembled stuff and I still cant' sleep.

I fell asleep for about 10 minutes, went to bed, but SOMEONE is snoring their heart out in my bed.

I don't know what sleep is.

On average... I lie awake for about two hours, no matter how tired I am. Some nights I literally stare at the ceiling for six hours and then its time to get up.

Been prescribed damn near every drug in the book and nothing's helped. My brain is just too damn active; it won't ever quiet down. I need to stab it.
I know exactly how you feel. 🙁 God i'm still awake and I have had nitrazepam, and the cold morning air is now giving me that sickly feeling. 🙁

after i started going to the gym on a consistant basis I can sleep right when my head hits the pillow. My sleep schedule does change on the weekends, so Sunday night/Monday mornings suck, but other than that I'm golden.
