fixed and keep going! gj

Are you saying diet has nothing to do with it?

News to me. I've been working out every other day for the past year and I have only just maintained my weight. You need to do both.

And again, diet doesn't mean "going on a diet" as in doing the SlimFast plan or something. It means not eating cookies or fried food no matter how much you want to, and only eating when you're hungry, and not overeating. It means your eating habits as a whole.

But you're a known troll and lunatic anyway, so nevermind.

To be fair, I lost 75lbs (250 -> 175) through diet alone. I still eat unhealthy things, just in moderation.

EDIT: As for the OP's question, no. I am a 34 or 36, depending on the brand.

Unless you exercise, you will gain every once of it back and more, and on top of that, your new healthy diet is probably bad for you.

You want a truly healthy diet, go to the eating disorders section of your local hospital and ask them for the diet they force on bulimics.

36 now. After three months of Martial Arts, I've dropped almost 15lbs and one waist size (was around 215lbs and size 38). Hoping to get down another 15-20lbs and one more waist size by summer.

Good work, Daniel-san!

I wear 36's for board shorts, but 40's on my jeans, and 38's on shorts...

/shrug

I do need to lose a bit of weight, 6'1" 240-250ish (at 190 I look sickly)

I'm glad to see so many skinny people in this thread. I'm sitting next to you on my next flight. You have all that unused seat space...more room for my fat ass!!

36, but considering I'm 5'3" I think it should be much smaller.
I need to be shooting for a 30 or 31.

I'm 5'6 and I wear a 28, you'll be surprised how small you actually are when you lose it.

I use february '08 as my reference month because that was when I started dieting and exercising. I might have put on as much as 20 lbs of muscle (don't really know how to tell for sure) but my net weight loss is ~65lbs. Damn I wish I had thought to take some before pics. Would have made a pretty good thread in H&F.
