Are you embarrassed to tell us your waist size?

used to be a 42-44. Now I am between 34 and 36 depending on the pants (where I buy them, if I tuck a shirt into them, etc)
 
32, and based on the poll now I know why it's so hard finding 32 size pants at a clothing store.
 
Was 38 for a long time. One day I realized I was in major trouble when all my 38s seemed to be too tight. Now I'm a 40 🙁

Hoping to drop to a 36 by the end of this year. I'm trying to diet... nothing really specific other than keeping track of how many times I eat out, how much I eat at each meal, and making sure I am quite hungry before I eat. I can't stand "diet food" so instead I'm just trying to reduce the total quantity of food coming in. I let slight hunger be a reminder that I'm doing it correctly (slightly hungry = good, very hungry = time to eat).
 
Anywhere from 30 to 32 depending on the cut and manufacturer. Although I was trying on a suite and pants at Jos A. Bank and with their clothing it was a 35 or 36 depending on the cut.
