are you doing anything productive this weekend?

I did all the dishes in the sink and rearranged the furniture in my living room.

I like to keep the chair that I primarily sit in by the radiator in the winter for the heat, but since that's also where I'll be putting my AC, I like to move it for the summer, otherwise I get way too cold when the AC is on (also, that one specific corner of my apartment by those two windows seems to be a total spider den every spring)

I mowed and trimmed the lawn, rounduped behind the hedges, and sprayed triazicide on all the visible and likely wasp dens around the house. I think I'm going to wash dishes and set my coffee pot timer to have some java ready in the morning. Typing this makes me feel unsettlingly domestic.

Bought 2 pints of ben and jerry's and scarfed them down. Now I am contributing to global warming by pumping out tons of methane.

Washed the car but didn't dry it. I got lazy. Spots look spiffy, anyways.

School work.
Researching for my 3rd and final paper: Argument.

I am leading the class but thats probably because I'm not a teenaged goof-off like everyone else.

Lots of yard work, a little music, and I'm now enjoying a nice cup of freshly brewed medium-dark roasted Sumatra as I watch the Tarheels put a first-half hurt on 'Nova.

I got called into work this afternoon and worked about about five hours. Beyond that, it's being lazy and drinking.

Well, I have two assignments due early next week in addition to a PDE test. So far, all I've done is watch reruns of Star Trek: TNG.

Completed some work
Updated/returned calls for some clients
Went shopping with one kid
Played some soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and hide and seek with my boys
Ran an ODB II scan on one car (need 2 O2 sensors 🙁 )
Worked out (usually an off day)
Picked up dinner from Red Robin
Now I am watching the game with a bagfull of David's sunflower seeds.

Homework, homework, homework...and studying for my Managerial Accounting mid-term. (it was scheduled for April 1st, but "ha-ha...jokes on you. Let's have it on the 6th."

It's fine with me. Gives me more time to study all the fucking ratios and formulas.

The usual weekend chores - take the garbage to the dump, do a little yard work, do some work in the barn, haul 1000 pounds of grain up into the loft so the goats don't get into it.

This weekend, my kitchen project includes putting up the new ceiling. (Tongue and groove) Just put up piece #2. It was a pita to get up. I'm hoping piece #3 is a little bit easier. But, I've gotta go back and stick up 2 rows of insulation before I continue.

Mmmm, not really. Worked out at 9:30, spent the day shopping, watching basketball right now. Gonna clean and do the dishes and laundry tomorrow...I guess that's about as productive as I'll get.
