No it doesn't. Just pee sitting down.

If I have a martini I'll usually drink a glass of water before bed so I sometimes get up to pee during the night.

it only becomes problematic when something like a staircase gets in your way.

When I was in middle school I used to sleep walk a lot and more than a few times my parents were woken up by me falling down my stairs. My mom swears that one time she watched me from the bottom of our stairs and swears that I actually jumped down them.
