Partially usually means you are "Color Deficient"

I am color deficient, I can see color fine but have a hard time differentiating between shades of similar color.

I'm red-green color blind... Had to take a test to get my medical to learn to fly. I didn't pass the color test so I had to do another test where you stand at the airport and they flash light signals at you. I managed to pass that one though. They flashed red, green, and white and I had to tell them what order they were in. Even easier than the freaking dots in the book thingy!
