Are you athletic?

I had a full ride for Volleyball a few years ago. I could probably quickly get back to that level again. So yes.

Am I super fast or good at sports? No. Will I be winning any track meets? No.

But being in the Infantry I would say I'm in good physical condition.

I'm proficient at pretty much all sports. Growing up my main sport was tennis. Ranked nationally and fairly high regionally for juniors. Played 1st singles and doubles for my high school. I also ran cross country, but after seeing what real runners are like I discarded any notion of being proficient at it.

I haven't been active in many sports for quite a few years, but I do work out. Much of my free time is spent enriching my mind more than anything else.

Atheletic? I started my junior and senoir year at middle LB for my high school, made all state team. But, that was because we had such a great team. I just worked hard.

What do I do now? I am a powerlifter, at the gym 4 days a week, running 3 days a week.

I'm not naturally athletic, but I run 60 miles a week, lift a few times a week, play frisbee and soccer every now and then, and sometimes I even bike or swim (but very very rarely, and only as a last resort).

Lift weights, ultimate frisbee and plenty of swimming in the summer, raquetball occasionally, indoor rock climbing on extremely rare occasions... not as athletic as some, but I think I do alright.
