6'0" 190lbs. Was 245 last February. I had lost about 70lbs when I was at my smallest near the end of last year. I'm putting it back on, but in good solid muscle weight. I really like how I look now and my goal is to keep putting on muscle until I can claim a lean 200lbs.

It's me in my natural form, I used to have a lot more definition but over ten years of not doing a damn thing is the result. It helps that I surfed, and lifted along time ago... Now I just sexercise but I guess it works :p

I have recently rekindled my interest in lifting again, maybe I'll regain my 10 lbs of bulk beef I lost in the course of 10 years.

Edit: 30 sit-ups a day won't cut it my friend (no pun intended ;)), you can try 3 sets of 60 within 5 minutes. Once you can achieve that goal then you're golden.

I was about 140 before college started. Thru working out I am now about 175. Gaining 65 lbs isnt that hard considering he has been working out for 8 years. Ive been lifting on and off for about 4 years.

I'm so average, "170." But two weeks ago I would have voted 160. Gotta bring it back down. Think I'm a bit over 165. 5'10.5"
