i get to be voted from now lol
i do notI will unlunch you if you have more pics from the blackout picture you posted hah.
*adjective* Werewolf might not be too bad, as long as the villagers were only informed that there is something particular about that werewolf, but not know what the adjective itself is. Could cause a lot of accusations as people are trying to figure out what the adjective is, which would bring about more involved players overall.Talky Werewolf- MUST say "werewolf" in a post once per day yeah it would real tough to figure out who that is... well lets looks through the posts here hmm. oh hey this guy said werewolf twice he's done for! so that means EST people would only be able to discuss/submit night actions from 1 am to 8 am? that sucks. and i'm in btw.

There are ways to mask it on the short term. heck, make it extra fun by giving an innocent the same limitation
Twilight fan girl- innocent villager, MUST say "werewolf" in a post once per day
And then we can have fun figuring out which is which.
Or you can leave it as is, with the assumption it'll be obvious and easy to detect after a few days, and account for it by adding an extra wolf compared to normal. I dunno, I just think the game could be spiced up some more by adding extra roles without them all being complicated power roles with night powers.
The game last time was tons of fun without only a few power roles on the village side, so they certainly aren't needed and it's dixy's call. I like the way he ran last game so don't think I want to fix something that isn't broken.
You were quite clever. Taunting us with most analyzed info, we weren't sure if you've gone crazy, double bluffing as Seer, or villager afterall.
haha. I felt that as a mason i could afford to be a little reckless because if my talk or wrongful lynch choices led to myself being picked as a target i could at least rely on my mason buddy keeping me okay. If I was a wolf snack at night, I just figured it was the cost of doing business and best to put the information out before i was killed.
Of course, I was so wrong through a lot of the game, lucky for me it worked out in the end thanks to elfenix.
Since the other village closed a little before I expected; i'm rolling the game-start back to Thursday morning.
The new day/night sequence will be:
Exactly 8 hours for night, with it ending with my up-date.
Exactly 16 hours for day, unless everyone agrees to a lynch before 18 hours. The person with the most votes at the 18 hour mark will be the one killed (even if there is no majority).
Game starts at 6AM (mountain time) Thursday; Play will progress with the day phases being from 6am 10pm the same day; night actions must occur before 6am after the day phase ends. Unless there is a unanimous vote (including the person being killed) all days will continue on until their appointed sun-down; even then the 6am to 10pm schedule will hold.
For example:
Thurs 6AM Day 1 starts
Thurs 10PM day 1 ends night starts
Fri 6AM night 1 ends Day 2 starts
Fri 10PM Day 2 ends night 2 starts
etc...
Sorry if i ended it early, it would have been over tonight anyways. So figured i would post some thought process from the wolves today at work. Was a fun game, would have been nice to win though!
i was actually thinking ashenor was the seer... i guess my gut was right that he knew who was good and bad, just had the wrong explanation. maybe a good thing i died when i did, because i probably would have voted to kill elfenix if given a good argument 🙂
the reveal on Seer was key I think. If it was a wolf claiming to be seer, the real seer could contradict, and by then hopefully people have enough suspicions to pick the right one. without any contradiction, that adds confidence the seer is who they say it is. And even if people dont necessarily believe, when the seer dies all his claims will be validated anyway.
thx for running last game dixy. i think it was a good group of players too.
i wanted to do something similar in the previous game as town cop, but i kept getting role blocked and never was able to actually get useful info timely enough.
It gives the werewolves a coordinated vote, but it also doesn't give the town another person they have to kill. (as the kin don't kill anyone and the town wins when all the werewolves are dead).I don't understand this role:
Werewolf Kin - You are not a werewolf, but your cousin is! You know the werewolves and are part of their chat, but only win if THEY win (you can not win on your own); seer sees you as 'team evil'.
also, with the masons, they are regular villagers that happen to have the mason role as well right?
If a mason gets killed, will we know he was a mason, or will he just show up as a villager in your flavor text?
Werewolf Kin - You are not a werewolf, but your cousin is! You know the werewolves and are part of their chat, but only win if THEY win (you do not kill and lose if all werewolves are killed); seer sees you as 'not a wear wolf'.
that makes a little more sense, to me anyway
