I actually heard it as a joke...basically that Target was a high class French store pronounced Tarjeh...it just sort of stuck

I dated a girl in high school and college that would say that. Sometimes I just wanted to smack her. Her brother-in-law was a douche, too. He started actually pronouncing UDF as "uhd-fuh". Then the whole damn family started doing it. I had to end it right about that time. The boom-boom was good, but they were all annoying as fvck.
