I grew up in a complete religious vacuum, I honestly didn't understand the concept of religion until I was like 13. my parents are atheists and I'm pretty sure my grandparents are agnostics at the very least, but I can't know for sure because religion has literally never come up in my family outside of mocking those who take it way too seriously, and that wasn't until I was almost an adult. My parents told me I had to get confirmed when I was 13 if I wanted to get my shitload of presents, not for religious reasons but tradition instead. confirmation is a pretty big deal in Denmark because that's pretty much marks the day you start doing all the things religion tells you not to (drinking alcohol, having sex and so on), ironic isn't it?

What does religious mean? I dont walk around pretending I am better than anyone else but I do believe in God and go to church. I am hard headed and it takes a while to sink in. As in, "Why do you kick against the pricks?" I aspire to be a good human being, but I am still working on that. As Paul would have said "Blessed are the compassionate"!

I miss the part in the bible about "Blessed are the Diversified!"

An interesting question. An individual can believe something, exercise those beliefs, but not be an overly "religious" individual.

I would make the poll rate your religiousness on a scale of 1-10. Beliefs != religious.

I have no vote, just adding my .02

The poll is basically asking if you believe in a God (or Gods). Do you consider yourself Christian, Catholic, Jewish, etc...So it's pretty much a yes or no question.

You're overthinking this.

You're underthinking this.

Poll: Do you follow a deist belief system:

yes or no

Which one:

list choices

Under this belief system, how religious are you?

scale of 1-10, or list examples that you would define religiousness based on. IE, practice what you preach, attend a religious meeting (how often/times per week), religious outreach programs, etc..

Happy to help, you're welcome 😛

edit: I placed my vote for not sure, because I'm not sure what you're asking.

Do you, in whole or in part, subscribe to a known world view or mix of known world views characterized by belief in supernatural occurrences in the present or past and/or having deities?

Done.
