No not at all, I'm happiest when I can help people feel more relaxed and comfortable.

Occasionally. Part of my job is virus prevention, and I find it sometimes useful to create an atmosphere of fear to convince the lusers not to open or forward suspicious e-mails. They start to decide that they would rather just verify the e-mail or call for help instead of getting a visit from Jzero his goons during lunch.
Other than that, I hate making people nervous and I hate being nervous and I avoid doing so.

What? I was simply expressing my feelings. Not my fault they came out exactly the same as yours. Must be my sensitivity and compassion.

I have come to the conclusion that one must be a fear-mongerer to become a member of the media. They (the media) take every story, blow it out of proportion, and make it seem like it's the end of the universe.

that's why people watch tv, because they want to be told that they are going to die. People base their existance off of pain and suffering

Well, I don't want to be told on a daily basis that I'm going to die a horrible, painful death.

I wasnt necisarly saying you, but would you not agree that alot of people do? Why else would stations have those "experts" on terrorism that are there for nothing more than to scare people

You are correct about the "terrorism experts." They don't offer advice as to what people can do to protect themselves. All they do is try to prove that we're fvkced. They serve no purpose, except to frighten people.
