Ah, I was hoping someone would start this. :)

I packrat photos, documents, letters, and stuff that has personal relevance to me. If I have two decent, almost identical photos from my digicam, I have trouble throwing one out. I don't save jokes, flash vids, music, or stuff like that from the internet though. My exbf does, and his computer can provide a long period of laughter.

I hold the original copyright for the idea of this thread.

You'll be hearing from my lawyers.

Yes. Completely. Its easier for me to clean my room than my computer. Mixing cable internet with a 120GB HD= tons of..stuff. I never bother deleting anything.

every other week. I have about a months (@ 4 movies a day) worth of unwatched movies in cache just in case I either lose my job or optimum online goes down for a prolonged period.

I keep EVERYTHING that I ever created myself. Photos, homework, photoshop stuff. I've deleted some of it in the past only to wish I hadn't later.

Other than that, I only keep stuff that's hard to find or takes a long time to download.

I'm about the same, except that I do keep some music files (all legal, of course) on my HD for easy access. :)
