Are you a clothing fiend?

I feel like I'm always buying clothes. My walk-in closet and dresser are overloaded with clothes but I can't break the addiction of acquiring more. I'm the kind of person who buys something, wears it a handful of times, sells it on eBay (when the mood strikes) and gets something else. I have only a very small collection of "old faithful" items.

I must have like 10 winter coats, 10 pairs of cargo pants, button-down polo shirts in every single color imaginable, and t-shirts! Way too many t-shirts. 😱 I just love buying clothes and almost never look the same way twice. And I'm not even into the club scene.

Damn American consumerism. At least I've never carried credit card debt. But if I ever do go into debt, my apparel fetish might be the cause.

Fellow clothing fiends, please step forward.

I thought that's what gay guys had problems with! I buy new clothes when I'm dragged kicking and screaming into a clothing store.

describes my attitude also. I HATE shopping for clothes

I like shopping for clothes, very much. That's b/c I understand that clothes is very important. Unfortunately, quite often I can't find my exact size and thus I have to pay extra for alteration (of suits, upper clothes and even every frigging jeans). I guess that's it how much it sucks when most of the clothes they sell in your country are for people 180+ cm height and you're only 167 🙁.

WELCOME TO MY WORLD!!!!!

I love clothing. Maybe because i am a girl, but i like to buy clothes. Not even "in style" stuff, but stuff that screams "BECCA" (my name). When i wear something, my mood and personality changes. I love putting on ratty jeans but i love wearing evening gowns! Oh, I WEAR EVERYTHING I BUY. I don't just buy it and then put it in the back of my closet.

Lets go shopping!!!😉

I love getting new things, I'm finding out though that the very best dressed people I know frequent consigment shops a lot, which is what I intend to start doing to help get my budget under control.

Yeah I know what you mean. I tend to buy something new every other week but it's more because I know ppl working at Banana Republic & Zara (which I don't think is in the US yet, too bad for you) and other stores I frequent so I get employee discounts.

Hey, when I look this damn good I gotta have the clothes to match... none of those thinkgeek t-shirts for me 😛

Yep, I have so many clothes that I no longer have room in my closet or chest-of-drawers. Now my stuff is piling up ontop of the drawers and any other flat surface in my bedroom. Time to call the Salvation Army to pick up some of my old stuff. Hmm...I haven't been shopping in a few weeks either, now that I think of it. Maybe I should do that too. 🙂

If I had more money, I'd probably buy more clothes..

I only buy when there's a sale.. like last weekend there was 40% off everything at Anchor Blue.. so I bought a lot.. 😱

i love buying clothes. my problem is i will either buy them and forget that i bought them until the weather isnt right to wear them anymore or i will wear them once and they will get thrown on the air hockey table never to be seen again(air hockey table is my "dresser" guess im too lazy to bring my clothes upstairs🙂 )

I hate shopping for clothes. I have 3 wearable pairs of pants and not many more shirts. When one or a couple of those items need to be replaced I'll go buy some clothes. That happens maybe twice per year.

Only fun kind of shopping is for a female friend who wants to know your opinion on those tight clothes and the underwear 😀

Besides that, my jeans are 3-5 years old.

I don't give a sh*t about what I wear. The only clothes I have are the shirts and jeans and stuff that people buy me for my b-day and Christmas.

The only piece of clothing I can remember ever going out and buying myself was a blue sweatshirt from Modell's. Oh, and I hit up Modell's once a year to buy a new pair of sneakers.

I love shopping... especially for boots.... er... I should know this but I love this store called "...something journey".

I have 7-8 pairs of Doc Martins....plus other various brand of boots, shoes, flip-flop, thingys.... Dunno why most guys can't stand going shopping with me... they always head to the software store first!

My ex called me Mrs. Marcos. 😱

There's a store called Journeys that sells those kind of things. I bought these yesterday.

Jeez, I have like 2 pairs of shoes and basic blue jeans, khaki's, and t-shirts. A third of my t-shirts are from hot deals when the clothes actually ship out which rules.
