I remember when they came out with the VCRs that would auto rewind once the tape gets to the end, that was like the coolest thing at the time, this is before we got access to the information super highway through the phone line. It was fun to let it play to the end just to watch it happen. "Oh! Watch! It's going to rewind on it's own!".
Timmins must be more dull than I imagined.

It's 42k people and 4 million unused syringes all over the streets.

I don't know why you people deny it but the drug and crime issue actually *IS* bad here, and it's only getting worse, and is widespread all over Canada due to government enabling it. They're even shooting up in front of kids as they completely taken over the parks. There's already been kids that have stepped on needles and had to be rushed to hospital. For whatever reason the government continues to enable this crap instead of stopping it. But God forbid you have a beer in public though! But yet shooting up meth, fentanyl, doing lines of crack on a park bench etc is completely ok. They're even allowed to setup tents now. All this stuff is stolen too.

If you don't believe me there was a 2+ hour town hall meeting on this very subject years ago with may people expressing concerns. Unfortunately the council didn't listen.

Tons of FB groups discussing this issue too, here's one of them: https://www.facebook.com/groups/823752862676257/media

Why would people make this up? It would do zero good to make it up.

Also, these people take carts from stores to put all their stolen stuff in them, and never return them, you're suppose to hate these people, not vouch for them!

I don't think anyone says that there's no drug problems at all in cities it's just that your solution to a problem that's illegal is to make it super illegal or to just advocate killing off the problem!

Enforcing laws doesn't seem all that far fetched to me.

They sure did it for the convoy! Brought in RCMP on horses and everything. Do the same against the people that are ACTUALLY harming others. Use the emergency act, this is a Canada wide issue. It might actually be ruled constitutional by the supreme court this time!
