I'll see a girl I want and I'll start talking to her. Accomplice A will strike up a friendly conversation with me while I'm talking to the girl I want. Accomplice B will notice me and make a more suggestive pass, intended to make Accomplice A jealous. The girl I want will therefore find herself in the competition, and will therefore try to out-compete the other girls. Accomplices A and B will make a noble attempt to win me over, but the girl I want will win.

Mission accomlished.
