Are we making any progress training Iraqi forces?

I personally know 2-3 people that are currently over there training Iraqi soldiers. With that said, I have to believe them that they are training someone. To me, thats nothing but progress for every new soldier trained.

They really don't have any more people trained now then they said they had before the Novemeber election. They should have considerably more by now. Something just doesn't add up here?
