Are Views Broken?

But whichever I choose it doesn't seem to do anything different. Any ideas, or is this just broken?

What I mean is that you're just some noob who wondered in off the streets, yet you have an avatar hosted on another server, and nobody else can do that. Are you freakin Jesus or what?

LOL...he must be...guess i should change my views on religion now
 
The topic views have never been done correctly here. At times they work, and at other times they don't. But even when they do work, people who use the quick reply feature completely ruin the benefits to those of us who like the non-linear views. I gave up.
 
So what's the deal? Neither thread seems to explain it very well other than more avatars were added or there was an exploit. Which is it?
