Ok, I know they seem to suck a$$ as cpu coolers, but what about their 80mm case fans? On paper it seems decent.. "low-noise model" :D "30.6 CFM".. Noise level < 27 dBA. Well that doesnt actually say much to me, that's why I'm asking you experts. :p

Only reason I am planning to buy these Titans is that those Panaflo's and others you recommend arent available at any local store. And those Titans are Cheap, with capital C.

I would have to agree that on paper that does sound good. That's about comperable to Adda's or Panaflo's in that noise range. I would probably suggest getting the Panaflos just due to their reputation and known performance and reliability.

Believe me, I would get those Panaflo's if I had found them in any nearby (online) stores! But I live in Scandinavia and I guess I would have to order them from Europe, or maybe even from America. That would add so much to the price that I rather go with the Titan's because they're easy to get and so godd@mn cheap. :D

If no-one has any big complaints about 'em.

Given your situation I agree that that's probably the best route. I would suggest that you buy one of the Titan's and if it is crap...don't buy more. If you decide you want something better either order the Panflos from America/Canada or Pabst from Europe (I hear they are better than the Pana's but I don't have any because they are so damn expensive to buy this side of the pond, the US that is)
