Voltage readings from software are not necessarily accurate. You need to use a multimeter to be sure.

But, in general, those voltages look ok.

Okay, just wanted to be sure. Don't have a multimeter on hand but I did want to rule out the PSU as a possible cause of the following issues I've been experiencing:

- high pitched whine from near the hard drives (possibly motherboard)

- front intake fan making *loud* unusual noises - swapped for another in place of it and is okay for the time being

Regarding the case fan, I've never had one come close to dying on me (the noises seem to point to it) so I'm suspicious something caused premature wear on it.
