Ok I took my pc apart to fix the Mpcie (wifi/bluetooth and ssd adapter)

I had it setup for about 3 weeks and temps were about at 25/26c but now they are at 29/35c at idle temps. I ran Prime95 for about 2 hours. It hit a max temp of 63c. Is this a concern Should I redo my thermal paste and reseat the cpu water block.

This is a custom built liquid cooling unit With dual radiator and 3 fans all fans speeds are maxed out.

I did change one thing about the system but I dont think it would affect the cpu temps.
I changed the MPCIE adapter to a wireless AP but that shouldnt affect the cpu that much.

PS. These temps are at 3900MHZ

That is a good temperature. You shouldn't be worried much at all, and since it's a 4771 you aren't overclocking so if it hits 63c in Prime95 it likely won't get near that hot in most real world use cases. The thing with Haswell chips is that there is a lot of variability, some people get cool chips and some people get very hot ones. Silicon lottery and all that
