It's an okay gaming system. What games do you want to run? That would do all right with WoW and SC2, but would struggle with more intense FPS. It would benefit from 4 gb of RAM as well.

Athlon II X2 is a no no these days. You need to keep the X4, get 4GB RAM, and a 460 or 6850. You might get away with a 5770 or a 450 if you aren't going to be gaming at 1080p. The 5570 is worse than the 5670, and the 5670 is still complete crap.

EDIT: are you finding these parts in a prebuilt or are you custom building?
 
The 1st system you posted was much better than the last one

1st. Athlon X4 640 is MUCH better than X2 250
2nd. ATI 5570 is WORSE than ATI 5670

For €300 you can buy a better machine, think about AMD X3 (saving money) or X4, Intel E6500 (saving money) or i3.
For graphics card get a 5750, 5770 (specially this one) or above.
