Are these normal temps?

Farcry and HL2 demos always crash on my pc and either reboot or crash to desktop and remove my wallpaper with a blue screen. I have the latest drivers and scored a 58000+ on Aquamark. Here are the temps I got from my DFI NF4 UT bios:

Core: 41 C
PWM Area: 51 C
Chipset: 55 C

Cpu Fan: 1875 RPM
Chipset Fan: 5113 RPM

Is this normal?

Ooo. I'd suggest getting some better cooling on that chipset.

Are the chipset temps and fan revs within normal limits; would they cause you to crash all the time?

chipset might be a little warm... but its nothing to panic about.
if you can get a little better cooling might be good, though not mandatory.
