Are these computer parts compatible?

Will I need to buy a USB network adaptor or does some part in that list have something built-in to pick up wireless networks?

You will need a wireless network adapter if you want to use WiFi. If you only need 802.11g speeds, this $15 Rosewill should do nicely.

I got all my parts a few days ago and I'm starting to assemble it. Though I have a few questions:

First, that socket is the ATX12V connector that provides power to the CPU. You'll want to use that 4+4 connector, not the 6+2 PCIe power (that's for the GPU).

Second, those are the front panel headers for the power button, reset button, HDD LED, and power LED. Just match them up with the connectors on the mobo.

POWER SW -> +pw-
RESET SW -> -res+
HDD LED -> +hd-
P LED -> +pwr_led-

Make sure to match up the polarities on the LEDs.

Finally, the last picture is a bunch of Molex and SATA power connectors. You'll probably only need the SATA ones for your drives; it's OK to have extra.

Sorry I can't direct link the pictures right now, on an ancient computer with old IE version.

I used the blue SATA cables to connect my disk drive and hard drive and the default black one (coming out of the front with the PW and HD cables) in the the SATA slots on my motherboard (L-shaped slots). The Disk drive goes into SATA3_0, the Hard drive goes into SATA3_1, the black cable goes to SATA2_2. Does that sound alright? Here's a picture (the black and blue one above it I switched after the pic):

Note that there as pins there, but I don't know what to do with them.

All of those pictures look fine, don't worry about the jumpers on the back of the HDD.
