The harddrive just came in, and the motherboard is coming in a few days. I just want to make sure i dont need a serial card or something crazy in order to get the thing running.
 
Serial ATA = SATA, the new favourite flavour of hard drive connector. That motherboard has 6 ports so yes they are compatible and you shouldn't have any trouble with it.
