Are there utilites out there...

While task manager is great, it feels like it's not telling the whole story. For example, when I got into processes, it shows the list of them running and how much ram they're using yet when I go into performance, it shows how much is available and it just seems rediculous because the descrepancy of the two is very great (after adding up how much ram is being used in processes). So I would like to know if there is a program out there that can tell me the "whole story" as to what is using up so much ram.
