I have an ASUS A7N8X-e Deluxe motherboard and I'm running Win2k3 Server on it. I installed the drivers from the CD that came with the mobo and it went ok. Are there any complications that may arise in the near distant future from this?

i'd stay with whatever windows updates gives you or perhaps the manufacturer's site. chances are you're just fscking around, in which case, does it really matter? if this is for real (mission-critical), then shouldn't you have a qualified IT guy who can answer this question for you?
Most drivers from XP will work fine in 2003 server. My video drivers were from XP until ATI upgraded their driver packages.
Think of 2003 Server as XP on steroids.
