Are there people you don't like...

Well I think it's human nature to feel more comfortable with people that are appealing to look at.

The same is true for the reverse of that.

If someone is downright fugly then chances are people won't tend to be a friendly or warm to them, from my experience.

It isn't right, but I know that sometimes I judge people based on a first impression. Usually I try to actively combat this by telling myself that you can't judge by appearance. There isn't anyone that I can say that I don't like based on looks, though.

I usually start off by finding something about a person that I hate, and then it's up to them to win me over.

these guys

apparently theres either a really big fan in that club, or they all stepped in an electrified puddle, or saw something too scary to believe, or are members of the don king fan club

Yeah there is a club in NY that just caters to that look. Like every guy in there is apparently the distant cousin of some mafia type member, blah blah. All that's missing are the wife beaters, silver chains, and the velcro pants.

I enjoy being around and talking to pretty people more. My tolerance level increases for them too. I think most people are like that to at least some degree. There is line drawn when it comes to taking it too far, but completely ridding yourself of such an influence is not realistic and might be impossible.

Yes because looks tell more than you think... I can see most personality traits just by seeing photos, nevermind seeing people move in real time, and as a matter of fact I wouldnt want to deal with most "hot" girls

Shame most people cant see beyond the outer shell

A lot of people... The pisser is that for MOST of these people, I find out that they're actually pretty cool after talking to them.

Absolutely. Ugly people. No one likes ugly people. Not even themselves. Ugly people should be launched out of giant catapults over firing ranges for target practice. To hell with clay pigeons, bring on Clay Aiken! Pull!

i'll admit that i tend to judge people on their looks at first but i've gotten to know a lot of people that are really cool that i might have judged wrongly at first.

I try VERY hard to look beyond physical apperance the first time I meet someone. However, i think it is human nature, as others have said, to want to be around nicer looking people.
Appearance is important unfortunatly. I think a good amount of the time, the way someone presents themselves reflects very strongly on their outlook, personality and personal ethic.

People trying way too hard to look cool, things like fake tans, a cigarette in their mouth, bluetooth headset(s), etc would cause me to not like someone before they even open their mouth.

There are probably people out there who wouldn't like me just by looking at me too though. Best not to worry about them.

Not sure about disliking based on appearance. But there are times when I will lose any respect for a person once I see what they look like. Generally, people I've only conversed with online or phone prior.

I tend to automatically assume someone is a douche if they walk around with a Bluetooth headpiece on 24/7. That just irks me.

Looks-wise, I'll give anyone a chance. A person would have to wrong me in some way or annoy me for me to actively dislike them - although I will admit, nice looking women get a few more mulligans than the average fugly before that happens 😛 .

Stereotypes have been around for ever. There is really nothing that can be done unless you are someone like King. Being good with speeches.

All guidos

My old roommate's dad had a mullet. He was pretty freaking cool. He bought us about $200 worth of alcohol (we were freshmen).
