Are there any TV series that managed to get back on track after jumping the shark?

The OC picked up again for it's 4th season, tying the 1st season in quality after the disastrous 3rd.

I'll say Enterprise. It wasn't great to begin with, got kinda worse, but then got really really good for it's last season. Unfortunately, the bell was already rung on the series by that point.
Along those lines I would say Star Trek The Next Generation went up and down in quality, but ended on a high note.

Changing out the doctor was almost a shark-jumping, but bringing her back seemed to actually help the show. And I cant think of too many TV series where they dump someone and bring them back later. Cool thing is Beverly Crusher made it all the way to the end and into the movies.

On Roseanne, they ditched the oldest daughter, Becky, for the blonde chick who is now on Scrubs, but then brought the original Becky back after a couple of seasons.
