Are there any stores you refuse to do business with?

I'm sure there are places I really don't like, but I can't think of any that I would say I will definitely never go to. Always some circumstances that would make me go back

I'll pretty much pimp my money out to anyone who gives me the most for it, as long as I'm very confident they'll deliver the goods.

I wonder how much Walmart actually loses from people who boycott them for whatever reason compared against their revenues/profits....

does it even make a dent??

Best Buy (terrible customer service years ago), Wal-Mart (on principle for bad business practices), and newest to the list, Babies-R-Us/Toys-R-Us (recent terrible customer service).

Not that I can think of. There are stores that I don't particularly like, but if they have what I want for the price I want, I don't give a damn about principles. Most customers these days are just as unprincipled as the stores anyway.

There are stores that I'd rather not have to go to, like Walmart, but in a pinch I'll go there. Just bought Guitar Hero World Tour there for $99 a week or two ago.

Even after bad service, I don't really hold a grudge if they can save me money in the long run. Home Depot pissed me off when they sold me a partially used can of stain, then wouldn't take it back. I've probably spent $10k there in the last year, and they've saved me a lot of money. I can live with getting burned on a can of stain in exchange for the money I saved.

I wouldn't buy something from there if someone paid me to.

Except BH PhotoVideo, just about every "camera" store located anywhere in New York or New Jersey.

Yeah, all those stores are horrible. The electronics stores with overpriced crappy laptops, cameras, ipods, etc in their store windows are the worst. I feel sorry for all the people who buy stuff from there.

I recently signed up with Verizon for FIOS internet service and have had nothing but problems trying to get the billing correct. Since I signed a 1 year deal I am stuck at the moment but first change I get I am dumping the service. FIOS is great, but Verizon customer service is unacceptably bad.

Beach Camera/BuyDig is fine too. B&H is better, but Beach Camera is legit. Main reason I shop there is because their B&M store is convenient for me. They try to upsell you, but you just have to keep saying no.

I won't use UPS if another option is available, but you don't always have a choice.
I won't buy Uncle Ray's potato chips because they have Bible verses on them.

Costco.

Lack of a social conscience, destruction of low income neighborhoods and numerous criminal activities .

They do paint themselves pretty well though.
