Are there any softwares out there that does this...?

I'm looking for a program that can end specific tasks/programs at scheduled times. Anyone come accross something like this for w2k?

It is included in win2k.
Scheduled Task under control panel.

You can start the process using it and end it if it has been run for xx hours.

I'll look into Schedule Task, but I'm not sure if it can kill a process it (Schedule Task) did not start.

Was posted at Software forum, didn't get much response. Ya know all them cool people hang out on Gen. Hardware forum
