Are there any Rush Limbaugh fans here?

I often think he's self-centered, but his arguments make a lot of sense. I don't know if I'm a fan, but I listen to him when I can.

i like him, he hates democrats. i hate democrats. we get along fine. although he does have different moral issues than me, considering that i'm an atheist.

Yeah. I like to see the "libral" point of view every once and a while.

Note: Take the above with a grain of salt. Many people say that I am EXTREMLY conservitive by being libertarian, but IMHO, its realy outside of the regular spectrum.

He isn't religious is he? He was fooling around with his wife when she was married to her former husband and a good christian wouldn't do that.

ya being religous keeps you from fooling around.......

<< He's an alarmist blow-hard. One of about a gazillion in the media. >>

Hahaha.. I actually know idiots that would quote him verbatim when they'd get into a political argument. I mean they'd use his catch phrases and all. It would be rather amusing to listen to them.

Only if you practice what you preach

I used to watch him all the time, until I got a clue. He's a bag of hot air who strings together assumptive opinions into an arguement. If your assumptions match his, he makes a lot of sense. If you want proof, he is all nonsense.

he's part of talk radio, the media outlet with the least journalistic integrity out of the sorry bunch. just have to remember his listeners are stupid enough to call themselves ditto heads, brainless sheep.

I thought they were "U" people?[

Ditto that. 😀

Also known as Rush Limpbrow, the Fatmanazi.

?? am i missing something witty or something? no idea.

and yup, those conservative talk show hosts resort to name calling so much its laughable😛 like elementary school children coming up with cute little names/labels to fuel their hatred instead of say something of substance. yes, i listen everyonce in a while to see what kinda bullsh*t the enemy is spewing. They obviously would never hold up as witnesses since they have trouble with the telling the whole truth part of the oath🙂

<<......alarmist blow-hard>>

Yeah, but that is what is fun about listening to him, his taking to extremes on every issue. Can't say I get a chance to listen to him much anymore, but I still think he can be funny.

His show is pretty boring, unless you enjoy pretty much every minute being devoted to federal level politics, and subjects pretty much directly influencing (or being influenced by) these same political issues. It would make for a better show if he discussed other subjects from time to time (like him or hate him, his competitor G. Gordon Liddy had a much more varied, and therefore IMHO, interesting, talk radio show). Rush is pretty much a one-trick pony, although he's the best out there for that small niche (by ratings, advertising revenue generated, # of listeners, or any other objective measure).
