Ctrl + End..................Go to end of line (in most text boxes/notepad like apps)
Ctrl + Home...............Go to beginning of line (same as above)

I'm pretty sure you don't need Ctrl for those.

With Ctrl it will go to the end of the file / beggining of the file. Without Ctrl it just does end/beginning of the current line

While this one is on the list VIAN linked to, I still think it is important to know

ALT + Up arrow = go up a directory

Since MS got rid of the "go up a directory" button in Explorer with Vista and 7 I use it all the time

Good to know. That pisses me off about vista/7 don't know why they always remove stuff that is useful.

Yes, it should be a sticky. I like that F6 to the URL address bar shortcut

Alt + D also works for this

I've always used CTRL L for this too.

ctrl + L uses the open dialog box though, not the inline address bar.

*edit* oh, and i can't forget

ctrl + A = select all

These are handy and I use them often but you're missing ctrl + g = goto line (very useful when debugging).

Also Win + D = give focus to desktop.

win + shift + M maximizes all windows and it's a nice complement to win + M
