but ultimately the goal for everyone of them is to make it into hollywood... then again i wouldn't be too thrilled if i have the singing skills that are comparable to 98 degrees of ashley simpson...

i think the itunes music store launched or is suppose to launch soon. not sure.

one of the pluses of expensive japanese cds is the limited pressing goodies. use cdjapan.co.jp or yesasia. 🙂
 
Damn so there is nothing like iTunes for jap stuff? I don't want to have to wait days for a stupid CD to arrive especially since I just want like 1 or 2 tunes from an album.

why do you want to pay for lossy stuff anyway? i would gladly pay if they had flac distribution somewhere.. otherwise i will stick to my [rather expensive 🙁] CDs. of course they do have some value as collectibles which is a plus.

Because at this point, I'm not concerned about top notch lossless quality. The stuff was recorded back in the 80's and it sounds like crap anyway. I just want the tunes for the sake of learning them instrumentally and ASAP.

Ok let's not turn this into some xyz asian vs. abc asian flamefest ok? We're all the same freakin thing from the western parts of the world. Some of you guys nitpick way too much and have some weird pride thing going. Just drop it because it's pathetic by my book.

That mikemike site doesn't work for me. I enter a search string and I get a server error. I think the site is just dead.
