Are there any internal water cooling systems that just sit inside your case?

Depends on which case you have... if you have a Cooler Master CM Stacker, or any case with a spare PSU bay, you can mount the Cooler Master Aquagate in the spare PSU bay. Other than that, though, I'm not sure. I haven't gotten into water cooling yet.

The Aquagate can also fit into two 5.25" bays if you have 2 spare...

Edit: Ooops, sorry, only just realised you said you didn't want it to take up drive bays 🙂. I don't know of any way you'll be able to buy a kit to having everything inside. You can custom pick the parts and if your case is big enough they should fit all inside.

Mine's completely contained within my case. It doesn't get the best temps, because the some of the air going through the rad is recirced case air. It is completely self-contained, and silent though. You just need a decently sized case, some imagination, and some handiness.
