sure. You just have to look around and possibly make some customer service inquiries.

The one I use doesn't tack on anything at the end of my emails. I've never seen anything when people reply with the text of my previous messages.

Anyway, the Pop3Free site uses pop3 servers (hence the name), so you'll need to use some sort of program like Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc. Even Unix users can use Pine to access their accounts. You should have Outlook express on your computer as a default.

Check it out. Hope you have access to one of these programs so you can use it. If you're only looking for one that doesn't tack on a banner at the bottom, this one is an alternative to all those annoying banners.

Also, look into Origin Point.com. It's Russ's site. He doesn't tack on annoying banners either. Give Russ a jingle and talk to him about it. Since he's a board member, I would probably push OriginPoint.com's email service more than I would the other.

Perry,
don't you mean virtual marketing?! LMAO

No, I meant viral marketing. I first read about it in Entrapanuer <sp> magazine last year -- free sub from hot deals. Quick look at Google... Check it out

What do condiments have to do with safe eating? I would think that a spork would be involved.

softhome.net

The only caveat is that you must check immediately before sending (or within 20 seconds or so) to essentially authenticate yourself.

FFM, cool... thanks for the link to pop3free.

i suggest www.e247.com. they give you 100M and their interface looks real slick, but no pop3 access though.
