Are there any decent eBay bidding services out there?

So I'm going to be at work while an auction is going to end. I need a service that can place my bid for me (not necessarily snipe) while I'm away. Are there any that are worthwhile?

But that is essentially sniping. Maybe not at the last second, but still the same thing.

Anyway, I use snipestreet. It's free and it works.

AFAIK ebay has this feature built it. You put in the maximum amount you're willing to pay for an item, and ebay automatically increases your bid by the minimum bid every time you're outbid until the item surpasses the maximum amount you're willing to pay.

The system works exceptionally well, I've never had to pay more than an item was worth to me, and often I end up paying less than the item is worth to me!

Yeap. I'm a goon and haven't bought anything off of eBay for the past several years that wasn't a BIN item. I do virtually all of my auction hunting on Yahoo Auctions Japan. This is the first time I have seen this particular item offered on this side of the pond.
