Well I am most of time untill someone tottaly uses thier ass to think before they post something. If you lost a hand and all your life you got stupid jokes about it do you think you would enjoy having more? Like "hey buddy can I give you a hand with that??""

He came out and said he was def and you had to kick in HUH. Do you think he needed that? Really come on people need to use their damn heads sometimes and stop thinking how cool they look making fun of someone with a problem being they are disabled, fat, tall, skinny, cant write or spell very good. This is a place where we all come to to talk and have fun. NOT to be made fun of because someone with little selfworth of themselves has to feel good about pointing out or putting down someone.

 
I am using a text browser and cannot edit my original post (no javascript popups!) and realized after I posted that it may be taked the wrong way, therefore I created another post saying there was no intention to harm through my childish joke. I guess that wasnt good enough for Big Brother (in a fraternal way, not in a 1984 way) Funboy. Oh well.

I understand but you may think it's an inside joke for you and your fraternity big brother.

I'm deaf and I try my best to be involved with the community. I'm trying to get my name recognized by RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) community as well and I'm a second-year student there.

jewno: Just out of curiosity, because I have no first hand knowledge on the subject, how do you take classes? Can you read lips?

Also, have you been deaf your whole life, or did it happen as a result of something bad?
 
well, for about 3months, I ran 5 tornadoes in my PC. Does that count?

RIT has an interpreting department and the head of interpreting department assigns interpreters to classes who are taken by deaf students. Also, RIT is very friendly to deaf students. If deaf students attend the class and find out there isn't any interpreter provided, they can leave without being marked as absence because interpreter isn't provided. That is considered as a fair price for deaf students.

It's nice because the head of interpreting department. is a faculty advisor for my fraternity. 🙂

I was born hearing but suffered with high fever that caused deafness in my both ears.

I attended public schools in my whole life until I came to this private university. 🙂
 
My brother in law will be if he doesn't stop crawling inside bass bins and turning up the gain. He claims it feels better than sex.
