Are there any 939 mATX boards out?

I want to build a new gaming rig and I want an A64 CPU and want to use the new Antec mATX Avia case. All the mATX A64 boards are 754 pin and I want a 939 pin. Any one know of any?

Also, how long before any nforce4 mATX boards hit the shelves?

The ASRock K8Upgrade-760GX supports a 939-pin cpu with the "Upgrade" board, but I don't think it would fit in that case.
