Are there airlines that will NOT bump you from a flight?

If they need one of their crew to be somewhere? I.E., airlines that don't overbook? Its a horrible business practice, and I'd rather fly airlines that don't do it, not just so I don't get bumped, but to not support their horrible practice.

Thanks.

No.

You can get bumped from any plane regardless of airline policy. Air Marshals can and have walked up to a full flight and haven take someone's seat even if they are already sitting in the seat.

Technically JetBlue doesn't but they have a small fleet and a shortage of A321s so they have been needing to substitute smaller planes at the last minute so they have quite a few bumps. I believe Hawaiian airlines also doesn't overbook but thats not the same as never bumping passengers. Everyone else over books so only a small part of the country has flights from carriers that don't overbook

But only on United will you be beaten. Even Air Koryo won't beat you like United will.

No.

All of them do it.

United is just really loud and obnoxious about it. I dont even think they bump the most customers.

Chances are no one will be forcible removed again even from other carriers as the bad publicity is doing what our government cannot, find a fix without regulation so this does not happen again.

Rumor has it after the 2nd day their stock prices fell 4 percent. Thats pretty significant for a corporation.

That's because the investors were scared the Chinese were going to put a hurting on United. I think I read the video got over 330 million views in China. China is super important market for United and if they piss off the Chinese, the stock is going to fall whole lot more than 4%. The stock did recover some but it's not about the daily stock price. It's damage to the United brand. The shit stain can't be wiped away and will haunt the company until the CEO is re-accommodated.

It's the airline industry. They're used to horrific accidents with mass casualties. United will recover (but will still suck).
