Are there aftermarket cooling options for a 4870x2 card?

I know someone selling a HD4870x2 for a good price.

I currently have a HD4850 1GB that has a factory passive cooler and is silent. I would like more power, but I don't want a noisy card.

I know you can add Thermalright heatsinks to the regular 4870 cards, but what about the dual cards? How hard would it be to mod one to use large heatsinks and quiet(ish) 120mm fans?
